EON (ExtraOrdinary Observation and Neutralization) is a government agency whose goal is to track down and capture EOs mainly for observation. If an EO is deemed dangerous enough, EON takes it upon themselves to neutralize them.
History[]
EON was founded by Mark Stell sometime after the events of Vicious. After his interactions with Victor Vale, Eli Cardale, and Serena Clarke, he felt that it was important to for there be an agency dedicated to protecting society from the potential dangers EOs may pose.
